If you are considering choosing us to care for your dog, we encourage you to come out for a tour prior to booking your stay! You are more than welcome to bring your dog along for a meet and greet at this time, however we request that someone is able to wait safely and securely with your dog while the tour is being given. This is due to the fact that walking dogs through the facility can be disruptive to the guests currently staying with us and we try as hard as possible to provide a safe and peaceful atmosphere.

We understand that it is not always possible to stop by for a tour and if this is the case, we are available to answer any questions over the phone and encourage you to check out our social media accounts to get a feel for the layout and operation of our facility.

Our Boarding Agreement is to be filled out at the time of making your first reservation, along with a New Client Deposit. The Boarding Agreement can also be filled out with one of our staff members over the phone if needed. 

We request that new clients be transparent and honest about all of the information we require on our Boarding Agreement as it may be vital in the safety of our staff and comfort of your dog.

Here at Country Lane, we understand that every dog is different and has distinct needs. We have extensive protocols in place for our staff to follow in order to safely care for our guests that require special care, including those that are aggressive with other dogs or people. Please understand that we will require trials for any dogs who are nervous or have aggressive behaviour. We want to ensure that our facility is the right fit for your pet.
