Here at Primitive Raw Pet Foods (2020) Inc. we stand behind the quality of all our products. However, if there are any issues with our products, we ask that you communicate this with us immediately so we can take the appropriate actions.

All dehydrated treats and supplements are FINAL SALE, no refunds.

​

All raw product portions weighing 10lbs or less are FINAL SALE, no refunds.

​

Returns are only available for cases of products, not bagged.

 

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from purchase date. 

​

Returned product must be in original case and cannot be thawed/re-frozen or re-portioned. 

 

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to remaining product, based on leftover weight.

We always recommend trying products in a smaller portion prior to purchasing a case. Samples are available for certain products, availability may vary.
