How to place a raw food order.

Our office is open from 9:00am - 5:30pm, daily, to accept drop in orders and inquiries.

Call ahead to pre-order and pre-pay over the phone for curb-side pick up. Order can be picked up anytime after being placed, between the hours of 9:00am - 5:30pm. If you cannot get through, we are assisting another client, so please leave a detailed voicemail, and we will return your call within a timely manner. We kindly ask clients not to continuously call, as this will slow down our process.

Method of payment over the phone: E-transfer or Credit Card

Email.

Email orders must include the following:
​
- First and last name of the account
- Phone number
- Product, Product Size and Quantity
- Method of payment (e-transfer or credit card)
​
If paying by credit card, a staff member will call you to take payment over the phone. Please DO NOT send credit card information in email.
If paying E-transfer, we will send your total via email. *Easiest method of payment for email orders*

Once email order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent including your order total.

Email orders will only be accepted by current clients, all new clients are required to call and speak to a staff member.
